Project Snapshot
Re-designing Firefox account emails, which are received by about a 250K people monthly. The core challenge here standardizing processes for account onboarding, password recovert, token utilization, and strategizing user experience to feel the privacy features Mozilla considered to be their unique offering. As a result our password recovery and ticket requests fell by a monthly average in the double digits.Materials
Mozilla’s User Research Program— Mentee
3-month one-on-one coaching to develop qualitatively sound question writing and interviewing skills, clickable prototypes for live user evaluation, and using UserTesting.com (standardized tool) to apply to general population testers, then impactfully feed back into existing projects. My work included testing and reporting on user onboarding for Mozilla’s new VPN product, general browser onboarding, user-token experience, and account interaction.
